The place where record our password, secrets and private data
There is a place where to record all our passwords and secrets that doesn’t need to be kept secret. It’s a new device: I-Memo.
We tell everyone that I-Memo contains our secrets and password:
- because we can go to I-Memo database only after our fingerprint recognition.
- because its security is guaranteed by the digital signature of the firmware and algorithm AES with 256 bit key that make I-Memo unassailable.
I-Memo is totally unique and indispensable:
- it is different from a “identity-safe” software because does not require a PC;
- it is different from a stick because it is not just container of data that need to be transferred but a small and complete laptop in your hands.
We can consult and use it where we want, we can lose or forget it somewhere without consequences and, last but not least, we can purchase it at very affordable cost!
Why do you care? To be “privacy compliant” entrust you to I-Memo!
Consolidated Acts on Protection of personal data for companies, public entities, professional firms, associations, professionals and individuals who manage third party data, provide:
1. TO IMPLEMENT ADMINISTRATIVE MEASURES . Those principal are: appointment of privacy responsible, sending information, request permission, preparation of letters of appointment, set up the security policy document.
2. TO TAKE APPROPRIATE OPERATIONAL PROCEEDINGS. The law provides that computer equipment and related activities are oriented to ensure adequate security of processed data processed and used systems, trough:
- systems for the protection of archives;
- access control and passwords;
- protection from risk of intrusion;
- backup systems;
- data encryption.
The information data management in accordance with privacy rules may seems complex. Thanks to I-Memo, adapting information system becomes simple and straightforward, revealing a complete hardware and software support for each performance:
- I-Memo is a complex hardware, with different and intrinsic safety levels: 1. Fingerprint recognition of the owner data management at the device switch on; 2. Cryptographic key associated to the recorded fingerprints; 3. Firmware digitally signed; encryption algorithm AES 256 bit;
- The software structure of I-Memo ensures an OS protected by the fingerprint verification (more stringent than using a password) and that, simultaneously, functions as a “access control” to the database;
- the encrypted database can be managed either directly from device or from your PC;
- the backup copy of your file is always encrypted and can be managed only by the Operative System supplied with I-Memo;
- In addition to the hardware and relating OS, the management software from the PC is also provided, easy to install and intuitive to use, always privacy compliant and at zero extra cost!
